In 1983, to leave his homeland, Araguari in Minas Gerais, Magnon and his family went to Arapoema in Tocantins State, attracted by land donated by the Government of the day which kept the project to encourage settlement in sparsely populated areas. The goal of Magnon and his family was to start with dairy farming. But dreams were bigger, and for them, they decided to follow the South Pará.
In the year 1985, arrived in southern Pará, with many dreams and projects to be implemented, Mr Magnon Coelho de Carvalho, his wife Eliane Carvalho Costa Baesse, and their three (03) children, Magleano Baesse Carvalho, Maxlano Baesse Coelho and Carvalho Magnon Baesse Coelho Carvalho, known today as the Carvalho family and Baesse.
At the time, Parauapebas region and were in the midst of a major development, the principle of offering great investment opportunities, both in livestock, as in trade, thereafter began a trajectory of success and life.
In the early 90s, the company was born Carvalho & Baesse Ltda. (Cimag) initially was a small store distributor of cement. With the passage of time, has grown and expanded significantly, becoming the pioneer and main Distributor cement region.
With business thriving, then came the idea to diversify investments, initiative that would supply the need and cover a whole and entire, and so the Company "M. B. C. CONSTRUÇÕES LTD" of the Cimag Group. Its function was to Earthmoving, Transport and Equipment Rental. The 1st truck, the 1st machine: a retro excavator, FB 80, and in 1994 all begins this business.
Already in 2005, with a big dream and achievement, "M. B. C. CONSTRUÇÕES LTDA "stands out for being the first company in southern Pará, owning a Hydraulic Excavator-E215LC NEW HOLLAND, according to the magazine" In Work ", paragraph 18 of NEW HOLLAND own. Under the administration of a promising young man - a son - Mr Magleano Baesse Carvalho, who advanced with goals and objectives bigger than the previous ones, stood out and invested in the quality and seriousness of the work developed in the region.
Mr. President Magleano Baesse Carvalho believes in the development of the municipality of Parauapebas and Pará State, hence invests in Cimag Group (MBC Constructions, Transmag). It's a promising young man who envisions, plans and achieve their goals.
